TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. To purchasing a gift certificate a 1-4% activation fee will be charged.

  2. The Gift Certificate may only be used for purchases and services at a participating Blackstone District Business. The participating business are subject to change without notice. Current List of Participating Businesses.

  3. The Gift Certificate is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, as indicted by the date on the Gift Certificate. 

  4. The Gift Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

  5. The Gift Certificate also may not be used to buy third party gift cards, gift certificates, coupons, or virtual currency.

  6. Neither GreenSlate Management or any participating Blackstone District Business are responsible if the Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

  7. The Business retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
