Dear Blackstone Businesses,
Thank you for participating in Gift Certificate Program! Below is everything you need to know about redeeming and requesting reimbursement for a gift certificate.
Redeeming: The Gift Certificate must be redeemed in full as a single transaction for any purchase, services, or gratuity. No exchanges for cash allowed. Please retain this Gift Certificate to be able to be reimbursed for the value.
Reimbursement: Submit the original Gift Certificate with a copy of the customer’s receipt to GreenSlate Management at 148 S 39th St, Omaha, NE 68131. Reimbursements will be processed each week. Requests submitted by 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday, will be paid out by check on Thursday by 5:00 PM CST.
